Then, we hand cut and "very closely" trim these fantastic barbecuing meats to ultimate perfection.

All of our barbecuing meats will come to you “Very Lightly Seasoned” (unless you specify otherwise) and ready for your grill. Finally every package that you receive will be vacuum packed to hold in the freshness, flavor, moisture and tenderness of each cut of meat.

Can’t use the whole package at once, (and you probable can’t) don’t worry!! These vacuum packs of freshly cut meats will maintain their excellent quality up to 6 months in your freezer.
